This time I wanted to make an illustration focused on a character that I created in my imagination, and which I called by the name of (Ounisse), which is a mystical creature with shiny greenish skin and hair and deep and cold eyes like ice, this creature lives in a mysterious reddish swamp which is surrounded by a lot of weeds and vegetation; usually those who enter this swamp do so to ask this creature with his magical powers to grant them a request or wish, but in most cases if (Ounisse) sees that the desire is very banal, or that they do not make them from the depths of his being, he drags them to the depths of its waters, where they will never come out again:
Feliz viernes mis queridísimos lectores y lectoras, como están?, espero que excelente y que por supuesto hayan tenido una excelente y productiva semana, por aquí los saluda su amigo Manuel super feliz de compartirles un nuevo post artístico. En esta ocasión quise realizar una ilustración enfocada en un personaje que cree a mi imaginación, y a la cual llame por el nombre de (Ounisse), la cual se trata de una criatura mística de piel y cabello verdoso brillante y ojos profundos y fríos como el hielo, esta criatura habita en un misterioso pantano de color rojizo el cual está rodeado de mucha maleza y vegetación; por lo general quienes entran a este pantano lo hacen para pedirle a esta criatura que con sus poderes mágicos les conceda una petición o deseo, pero en la mayoría de los casos si (Ounisse) ve que los deseo son muy banales, o que no los hacen desde el fondo de su ser pues los arrastra a las profundidades de sus aguas, de donde nunca volverán a salir jamás:

I started making my sketch, and this time I opted for a portrait style that allowed me to concentrate better on the details of the character's face, in this case I drew (Ounisse) as a creature with humanoid appearance, with long and pointed ears like an elf and with a long hair but gathered on his head. Once I had the sketch ready I went to the coloring process, and usually I like to do it starting with the skin, in this case I opted for a palette of green colors that I had been wanting to use for a while; I started the work of the skin using a jade green as a base, and a much darker green for the neck area and from the bust down, my idea here was to represent two textures or types of skin for the character.
Empecé realizando mi boceto, y esta vez opte mas por un estilo retrato que me permitiese concentrarme mejor en los detalles del rostro del personaje, en este caso dibuje a (Ounisse) como una criatura con apariencia humanoide, con largas y puntiagudas orejas como de elfa y con una cabellera larga pero recogida sobre su cabeza. Ya teniendo todo el boceto listo me pase al proceso de coloreado, y por lo general me gusta hacerlo partiendo por la piel, en este caso opte por una paleta de colores verdes que tenia rato queriendo utilizar; empecé el trabajo de la piel usando un verde jade como base, y un verde mucho mas oscuro para la zona del cuello y desde el busto hacia abajo, mi idea aquí era representar dos texturas o tipos de piel para el personaje.
In the 2nd stage I worked on the eyes and the expression of the face of (Ounisse), here I tried to create a transition from the skin to the eyes that looked as natural as possible, then with a light green I formed an oval shape for both eyes, and right in the center I created the iris and the pupils of a more or less medium size; then for the lips I used a pasty green tone to create a little more contrast with the skin, here I focused more on giving some volume especially to the lower lip and shine to the upper lip. Then with a very dark green I took the airbrush and began to give a few light strokes in the area of the eye sockets around the eyes to give a unique touch to the character and also to make it look full imposing.
En la 2da etapa me ocupe de trabajar los ojos y la expresión del rostro de (Ounisse), aquí lo que busque crear una transición desde la piel hasta los ojos que se viese lo mas natural posible, entonces con unos verdes claros fui formando una forma ovalada para ambos ojos, y justo en el centro cree el iris y las pupilas de un tamaño mas o menos mediano; después para los labios si use un tono verde pastoso para crear un poco mas de contrate con la piel, aquí me enfoque más en dar cierto volumen sobre todo al labio inferíos y brillos al superior. Después con un verde muy oscuro tome el pincel aerógrafo y comencé a dar unos leves brochazos en la zona de las cuencas alrededor de los ojos para darle un toque único al personaje y que además se viese full imponente.
For the hair work I used greens similar to the lips, but slightly more saturated, in this case I started creating a kind of sphere on her head to give the hair a gathered shape, then with my bristle brush I gradually textured and scaled the green tones until I reached the middle part where I placed the glitter and ambient lights. To set the scene as a kind of reddish swamp the first thing was to work some brown and red tones with the gradient effect, leaving the darkness more towards the background, then with light reds I created the circular effect in the water to represent its movement; then with green tones and my Krita brush I created an effect of vegetation and bushes around the water, also with browns I created some tree branches crossed between them to complement the scenery.
Para el trabajo del cabello use verdes similares al de los labios, pero levemente mas saturado, en este caso comencé creando una especie de esfera sobre su cabeza para darle la forma recogida al pelo, luego con mi pincel de cerdas fui poco a poco texturizado y escalando los tonos verdes hasta llegar a la parte media que fue donde coloque los brillos y luces ambientales. Para ambientar el escenario como una especie de pantano rojizo lo primero fue trabajar algunos tonos marrones y rojos con el efecto degradado, dejando las oscuridad mas hacia el fondo, luego con rojos leves fui creando el efecto circular en el agua que representara su movimiento; después con tonos verdes y mi pincel de Krita fui creando un efecto de vegetación y arbustos alrededor del agua, además que con marrones cree algunas ramas de arboles cruzadas entre si que complementaran el escenario.
