Hey what's up my people how are you, I hope very well and welcome once again to my art blog, I hope you have had a great week, I wanted to close mine bringing you a new drawing related to the warrior theme; Today's work I decided to title it (Falco, Swift Arrow), and it is about a skilled and yet dangerous hunter. This hunter named Falco is able not only to visualize targets at long distances, but also thanks to his powerful bow and arrows built with a special wood known as (Florian), he can shoot arrows at a speed almost imperceptible to the human eye:
Hey que pasa mi gente como están?, Espero que muy muy bien y sean bienvenidos una vez mas a mi blog artístico, espero hayan tenido una grandiosa semana, yo quería cerrar la mía trayéndoles un nuevo dibujo relacionado con la temática de guerrero; La obra de hoy decidí titularla (Falco, Flecha Veloz), y se trata de un habilidoso y a la vez peligroso cazador. Este cazador llamado Falco es capaz no solo de visualizar objetivos a largas distancias, si no que además de ello gracias a su poderoso arco y flechas construidos con una madera especial conocida como (Florian), puede lanzar flechas a una velocidad casi imperceptibles para el ojo humano:
PROCESS / PROCESO
When I started my drawing I had the clear idea that the character would be a warrior whose weapons would be the bow and arrow, that's why I knew that I had to draw him in a high position in which he could observe the whole panorama from above; I was building the sketch of Falco as a young man of maybe 30 years old. The sketch was the simplest in my drawing since I have experience with this type of character and especially drawing weapons such as swords or bows and arrows.
Al iniciar mi dibujo tenia la idea clara de que el personaje sería un guerrero el cual sus armas serian el arco y flecha, es por ello que sabia que debía dibujarlo en una posición de altura en la cual pudiera observar todo el panorama desde arriba; fui construyendo el boceto de Falco como un hombre joven de unos 30 años quizás. El boceto fue de lo mas sencillo en mi dibujo ya que tengo experiencia con este tipo de personaje y sobre todo dibujando armas como espadas o arcos y flechas.
I started applying base colors with fairly medium tones, for example, to the skin I gave a little orange tone; to the clothes I gave a little brown, red and some crimson; and the hair I decided to paint a little dark yellow. The skin I worked with the help of a flat brush and establishing well established lines of volume which I then blurred with the finger brush and thus achieved a slight blend of color; then for the eyes I used a little color close to the skin to give shape and volume to the eyeball with the intention of giving more realism, then with a small brush and mustard tones I worked the iris with a lot of patience.
Comencé aplicando colores bases con tonalidades bastante medias, por ejemplo, a la piel le di un tono algo naranja; a la ropa le di un poco de color marrón, rojo y algo de carmesí; y el cabello decidí pintar de un amarillo un poco oscuro. La piel la fui trabajando con ayuda de un pincel plano y estableciendo líneas de volumen bien establecidas las cuales luego iba difuminado con el pincel dedo y así logre una leve mezcla de color; después para los ojos use un poco de color cercano al de la piel para dar forma y volumen al globo ocular con la intención de darle mas realismo, luego con un pincel pequeño y tonos mostaza fui trabajando el iris con mucha paciencia.
The creation of Falco's clothes was an arduous process, here I knew I had to achieve a good look with a lot of texture, that's why I made use of several brushes of varied tips; I created little by little a rough texture on the upper part and on the pants I used a brush with noisier edges. I did a similar process for the details of the forearms and having finished that I could move on to the hair, here nothing so complicated, I only dedicated myself to give shape to the hair with a short hairstyle to the sides, with locks slightly together and in an open tip.
La creación de la ropa de Falco fue un proceso arduo, aquí sabía que tenía que lograr una buena apariencia con mucha textura, es por ello que hice uso de varios pinceles de puntas variadas; fui creando poco a poco una textura rugosa en la parte superior y en la de los pantalones usé un pincel de bordes mas ruidoso. Hice un proceso parecido para los detalles de los antebrazos y habiendo terminado eso ya pude pasarme al cabello, aquí no nada tan complicado, solo me dedique a darle forma al pelo con un peinado corto hacia los lados, con mechones ligeramente juntos y en punta abierta.
For the last part I dedicated myself to paint what would be the weapons of Falco's character, here I had to give a unique appearance to the bow since it would be made of a very special and unique wood and that is why I mixed a lot of colors; first I worked the colors from the darkest to the lightest with thin and at the same time somewhat irregular strokes. After the bow I did almost the same with the arrows with a little brighter tones, since they are very thin I had to make them stand out a little; finally, I finished some details of the arrow case and concluded painting what would be the sky and the clouds over the character.
Para la última parte me dedique pintar lo que serian las armas del personaje de Falco, aquí debía darle una apariencia única al arco ya que estaría hecho de una madera muy especial y única y es por ello que mezcle mucho colores; primero trabaje los colores desde lo mas oscuro hasta lo mas claro con trazos delgados y al mismo tiempo algo irregulares. Luego del arco hice casi lo mismo con las flechas con tonos un poco mas brillantes, ya que al ser muy delgadas debía lograr que resaltaran un poco; por último, finalicé algunos detalles del estuche de las flechas y concluí pintando lo que sería el cielo y las nubes sobre el personaje.
