El día de hoy les traigo otro dibujo después de tanto tiempo (Me pregunto cuando me organizaré bien para traer uno por semana, al menos). ¡COMO SEA!, Estoy algo libre de la Universidad en este momento y con un nuevo teléfono. Descargue Ibis Paint X y realice una práctica de Glow art con un dibujo que ya tenía en una libreta.
Hellou hellouu! how are you people? I hope very well. Today I bring you another drawing after such a long time (I wonder when I'll be organized enough to bring you one a week, at least). HOWEVER, I'm kind of free from the University right now and with a new phone. I downloaded Ibis Paint X and made a Glow art practice with a drawing I already had in a notebook.
El personaje que escogí para mi práctica de Glow Art fue la grandiosa Tatsumaki, personaje de One Punch Man. Su diseño es de los más reconocidos del manga. Por otro lado, su tercera temporada se acerca, esperemos que esté a la altura del dibujo del manga.
The character I chose for my Glow Art practice was the great Tatsumaki, character from One Punch Man. His design is one of the most recognized in the manga. On the other hand, its third season is coming, let's hope it lives up to the manga's drawing.
Tras hacer una nueva capa y con un cubo rellenarla de negro, bajé la opacidad a 50% y abrí nuevamente otra capa. Una vez hecho eso comencé a pintar los ojos con uno de los primeros verdes que seleccioné (no lo pensé mucho la verdad).
After making a new layer and using a cube to fill it with black, I lowered the opacity to 50% and opened another layer again. Once that was done I started painting the eyes with one of the first greens I selected (I didn't think much about it really).
Ciertamente quedaba bien. Es la primera vez que intento esto, ya que en mi anterior teléfono me era imposible por sus escasas capacidades. (Por si alguien se lo pregunta, sí, estuve pintando en medio de las clases)
It certainly looked good. This is the first time I've tried this, as it was impossible on my previous phone due to its limited capabilities. (In case anyone is wondering, yes, I was painting in the middle of classes).
Realmente el proceso no tiene mayor misterio, estuve haciendo brillos en ciertos bordes para que obtuviera un efecto de iluminación estilo neón. Fue entretenido la verdad. Solo estuve usando mi dedo cuál pincel para hacer los brillos, aunque al verlo sentí que quizá le faltaba algo de oscuridad.
Actually the process is not very mysterious, I was making glows on certain edges to get a neon style lighting effect. It was really fun. I was just using my finger which brush to make the glows, although when I saw it I felt that maybe it lacked some darkness.
Así que eso hice, le subí la opacidad y además con ayuda del pincel aerógrafo le añadí algo de brillo a los lados del cabello. Ahora brillaba un poco más, aunque todavía sentía que algo faltaba en los ojos. Luego recordé que no había hecho los brillos, así que me puse con ello.
So that's what I did, I raised the opacity and also with the help of the airbrush I added some shine to the sides of the hair. Now it shined a bit more, although I still felt that something was missing in the eyes. Then I remembered that I hadn't done the shimmers, so I got on with it.
Como pueden apreciar lo cambio todo. Ahora esa mirada tenía más vida, ahora solo faltaba retocar un poco más las otras partes iluminadas y añadir algo extra.
As you can see I changed everything. Now that look had more life, now I just needed to retouch a little more the other illuminated parts and add something extra.
Las luces de los alrededores fueron bastante fáciles de hacer la verdad. Solo hice puntitos alrededor de Tatsumaki para luego con el pincel aerógrafo darle un toque a cada punto. Es un proceso bastante rápido de hacer, con cualquier tutorial de YouTube a la mano es fácil aprender a hacer el efecto.
De todos modos, intente hacer algo sencillo, probablemente en próximos dibujos le ponga más detalle e intente hacer flores o algo que decoren más al dibujo. La cantidad de dibujos en Glow art que he visto son maravillosos, me alegra poder haber hecho uno, y tengan por seguro que haré más.

The surrounding lights were quite easy to do actually. I just made little dots around Tatsumaki and then with the airbrush I gave a touch to each dot. It's a pretty quick process to do, with any YouTube tutorial at hand it's easy to learn how to do the effect.
Anyway, try to make something simple, probably in the next drawings I will put more detail and try to make flowers or something that decorate the drawing more. The amount of Glow art drawings I've seen are wonderful, I'm glad to have done one, and I'm sure I'll do more.

Mi hija @wuildanart también practica con Ibispaintx, veo que es una herramienta muy completa a pesar de estar en el celu. Te ha quedado muy bien la iluminación, me gusta ese efecto.
