Muy buenas gente, que tal están? ¡Penúltimo día el Inktober 2.021 aun no lo puedo creer! La palabra del día es Dormir y para ello tenemos el filme de Heisei Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko o La guerra de los mapaches de la era Pompoko del año 1.994.
It tells the story of some tanuki ( raccoon) who lived peacefully in the mountains, until one day they were banished from their home because of humans who, for construction projects of a new city, were cutting trees and destroying the mountains of the raccoons. Because of this, in the beginning there were fights for territory among the raccoon herds, until they all united to fight against humans, developing techniques to transform into humans or other creatures.
CHIBLITOBER - DAY 30 SLEEP
Ok hablemos de la ilustración, en esta ocasión la única película que tenía pendiente por agregar a mi inktober es Pompoko, así que hice a Sōkichi durmiendo en un atrapa sueños de mapache. Realmente la idea de agregar un atrapa sueños fue de mi mamá “porque no hacer al mapache durmiendo en una cama y arriba el atrapa sueños”, pero se me ocurrió de esta manera, para hacer de foco centrar la sugerencia de mami. Para que no fuese tan simple el atrapa sueños le agregué una forma de mapache con los hilos.
Ok let's talk about the illustration, this time the only picture I had pending to add to my inktober is Pompoko, so I made Sōkichi sleeping in a raccoon dreamcatcher. Actually the idea of adding a dream catcher was my mom's "why not make the raccoon sleeping on a bed and on top the dream catcher", but I came up with it this way, to make it a focus to center mommy's suggestion. To make the dream catcher not so simple, I added a raccoon shape with the threads.
Como bonus hoy, durante el proceso le mostré el dibujo a mi gata Diana XD, lo miro curiosa, pero sus pensamientos estoy segura que eran: “Aja… un dibujo…. Eso no se come, ¿dónde está mi whiskas?”
As a bonus today, during the process I showed the drawing to my cat Diana XD, she looked at it curious, but her thoughts I'm sure were: "Aha... a drawing..... That's not eaten, where's my whiskas?"
