Long time no upload with hand-drawn sketches, so I'm catching up on overdue posts.
Well, I wanted to draw a selfie, but it didn't quite work out. The guy looks a bit like me, but, oh well, he's more masculine, really. Besides that, I am more Polish, so I live closer to the North Pole than the equator. And this guy looks like he has never seen snow in his life.
By the way,
it has been snowing a bit in Poland lately, and I happen to dislike it. There are people who love snow, enjoy skiing, sledding, and all those other winter activities, but for me, snow is just associated with the hassle of shoveling the driveway or cleaning off the car. It's a really annoying thing, especially on skis. I don't make snowmen.
Christmas irritates me too. I don't see any benefits of having a snowy winter.
There are other drawbacks of winter in Poland, for example, heating bills are terribly expensive currently.
All of this is the fault of this damn carbon dioxide, which doesn't really have much impact on climate warming (in reality, water vapor and methane have a greater impact), but this CO2 affects our wallets because politicians and some shady figures steering them like to tax us for everything.
What other drawbacks of winter do we have? We have short days. Damn, I haven't seen the sun lately, only work, work, work and home. I only see the sun on weekends if I go for a walk with the dog. I'm surprised I don't have depression,
Maybe it's because I supplement with vitamin D.
I prefer warmth; when I retire, I plan to move closer to the equator.
