"Like drops of blood" was born out of an image I had taken from my garden. It is a picture of a kale plant that is now a year old. But of course, that specific leaf has been eaten. I really enjoy removing and adding colour to my drawings as I like, and so the idea to convert some of the water droplets to blood was an easy decision because the image will be used for a Christian devotional cover. It's not that deep blood red, but I like how it turned out. I hope you enjoy it too.
