Happy Valentine Day (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Valentine Day to you all!
Even if I think every day we can celebrate the love, it seems the world decided the best day to celebrate it is the February 14th and so here I am. ❤️
Just to know, today here it's raining really hard,so the weather seems to be perfect just to stay at home.

Nothing special for me and my lovely hubby @paolobeneforti (as I wrote before we can celebrate the love every day 😉 ), but just some little signs like a "Good Valentine Day" instead of the "Good morning" and a good cakes to eat, but it's enough for us, believe me. ❤️

This morning I woke up soon and when my mind was ready to think and to understand that today was the Valentine Day, I thought to paint something about it to share with you:

For me, this is the perfect image to represent my love: an house with my better half and with my furry friend. Sometimes the simple things like to be close to people you love are the best.
To create the different things to compose the image I used acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink on 300 gsm paper and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painting the house so you can see the process too:
