Wishing you an awesome start of the week, I'm here to show you the latest painting I just finished today.
As I wrote in some of my previous contents, Monday is a closing day in the bookshop where I'm working since December and so, for me, it's like a Sunday.
I use to paint a lot during this day and fortunately my lab is in a fresh room, so I can work in relax also duing the hot hours of the summer.
This is the oil painting on paper (in A5 size) I just finished:
It's a new home in with in a brown background, like a light in a dark night.
"Home/house" is one of my favorite subject to paint because I'm intrigued by this theme since I started my way on art. In italian the word is "Casa" and when I think about it I think about a sort of nest, a place where we can stay protected and safe, a warm and comfortable place.
