Hello to all friends who love art, today I will show you the digitization process of a drawing that I uploaded to HIVE. BLOG. The first thing I did was the lineart, once I finished outlining I started to imagine the color palettes, but in the end I decided to use black and white because this character has a dark vibe.
Una vez mentalice como iba a colorear empecé con la parte superior del personaje, el sombrero y el traje los coloree con negro y un gris oscuro, pero la parte del rostro use un gris claro y blanco para generar un contraste de claro a oscuro.
Once I mentalized how I was going to color, I started with the upper part of the character, the hat and the suit, I colored them with black and a dark gray, but the part of the face used a light gray and white to generate a contrast from light to dark.

Luego seguí coloreando hacia abajo la parte del pantalón, las sandalias y el bastón todo esto usando la técnica de degradado o difuminado. Una vez termine solo faltaba el búho.
Then I continued coloring down the part of the pants, the sandals and the cane all this using the technique of gradient or blur. Once I finished, only the owl was missing.
Para el búho usé tres tipos de gris y poco a poco fui agregando detalles de las plumas y demás, y así quedo yo personalmente me siento satisfecho con el resultado y espero que ustedes les gusten tanto como a mí.
For the owl I used three types of gray and little by little I added details of the feathers and others, and so I personally feel satisfied with the result and I hope you like them as much as I do.
