A Cute Bunny (a gel pen art)

Hey friends!
It was such a busy day at work, and I'm feeling a bit tired. I had a couple of hours of free time after lunch earlier, but I had to babysit our fur baby, Max. He was so full of energy, so it took some time before he finally slept.

When he finally did, I wanted to relax, so I decided to do a cute little sketch. It would have been much better to paint something, but I didn't have enough time, so maybe next time.

I took out my graph pad and gel pens, then started sketching a cute rabbit with flowery doodles around it. Allow me to show you some of the progress shots of this artwork.

I initially used a pencil as a guide for the sketch. I decided on a cute bunny because it's almost Easter. I just outlined everything with black, but I'm going to make it colorful using the other colored gel pens.

Here's the cleaner outline after I erased the initial pencil sketch. Next, let's start coloring.

I didn't have many colored gel pens, so I used what was available. It turned out pretty, though, didn't it?

I did some highlights on the eyes and nose before adding my username, date and signature. I feel much better after drawing and was able to enjoy my afternoon classes.
