Avocado fruit is one of those few fruits I am yet to taste and it's one fruit that I find it's shape so interesting for a drawing and painting.
It was a still life study but for me, my main aim wasn't understanding the fruits but instead I was very much interested in the matter at which light behaves on the fruits and I must say that I find the behavior so interesting and fun to draw.
I might be downloading more Avocado references for more studies on light and shades and perhaps I might move further to the critical study of it forms.
