Hello all you beautiful, creative and artistic people of this beautiful community, I hope you are well wherever you are and that you are also having a beautiful day (afternoon or evening).
This week I was a little absent because of school homework and exams, plus I couldn't find the creativity, today almost ending the week I'm very happy to share with you a new post, a new drawing, a new update of my progress as a drawer.
Every time I had time I did parts of the drawing, and in total it took me 3 days to finish it ;I.
There are times when I have artistic slumps in which I have no creativity at all and when I start a drawing and I don't like it I leave it half finished, but apart from these slumps there are times when I feel so inspired that I manage to make 2 drawings in one day :O, this week was of many artistic slumps but I really didn't want to let this week go by and I wanted to publish at least 1 post.
The main idea of this drawing was to practice a new technique to give lights that I had learned and I wanted to draw something to be able to do it, I hope you like it <3.
I had no inspiration and so I went to my beloved Pinterest which helped me a lot, the only thing I knew was that I wanted to make a drawing a little fantasy to add many lights, and after being a while on Pinterest I began to find several drawings of potions, the truth is I didn't take any guide or reference just let my creativity flow.
As I always do in my drawings try to try a new style and new tools, as that helps me a lot to get out of my comfort zone :).
Step by step:
(Step 1)
I started by making the sketch in traditional since as I draw in mobile the size of the screen doesn't allow me to move freely, also in traditional I can see better close up and so see what is missing, as you can see in the sketch I made a love potion or something like that, I was very inspired but even if the idea was good it didn't convince me.
(Step 2)
Then I went digital and started to make a very thick lineart, the cork that covered the bottle looked more like a star than a heart and that's when I thought of making a potion of stars, the truth was very drastic change but I felt it would be much better if I made stars.
So after that I decided to make a magic star potion, place shadows around the edges of the bottle with a giant star outside of it.
(Step 3)
The truth is that I really liked how the drawing looked without color but since I wanted to keep experimenting I decided to add color.
I put a smiley face on the giant star, and painted the bottle purple although I changed this color many times xd.
Unlike some drawings I've done where I've felt uncomfortable doing them since I'm not in my comfort zone, I really liked this drawing and honestly I really enjoyed the drawing process and although I feel like I did step out of my zone and practice a new style, it didn't affect me or bother me that I stepped out of my comfort zone this time. <3
As you can see I changed the color of the lineart to a sky blue and I also changed the color of the cork to a deep blue and a little purple, I put some shadows on the big star to make it look with some volume and not just a flat yellow.
(Step 4)
After having applied the base colors and some shadows I proceeded to apply the highlights and glitters.
(Step 5)
As last details I made a starry background to the bottle and placed a comet <3.
Then I made the background of the illustration in a light blue color, and obviously the last detail most expected by me haha, put super cute lights.
Final result :O
I don't know how I feel about this illustration >_<,on the one hand I feel that it looks good and I also like it but on the other hand I feel that it lacks a lot of details that I could have added, I don't know, what do you think <3?
After appreciating the illustration for a while and listening to the advice of my father @morenow I decided to change the background for a much darker one to do justice to the bright lights, and also to make it look like a galaxy full of little stars, and that's how it turned out:
After I changed the background I realized how cute my drawing was and that the background definitely wasn't doing it justice hahaha, which one did you guys like better the dark background full of stars or the light blue background?
I feel that the style I tried to do was chibi or cute, and I think it looks cute and I love that!
All the drawings represent something important to me and each one is a new breakthrough, and I feel that sharing it here makes me happy <3 I hope you enjoy it too.

Hola que tal gente linda, creativa y artista de esta hermosa comunidad, espero se encuentren bien en donde sea que estén y que también estén teniendo un hermoso día (tarde o noche).
Esta semana estuve un poco ausente por las tareas y exámenes de la escuela, ademas que no lograba encontrar la creatividad, hoy casi terminando la semana estoy muy feliz de poder compartirles un nuevo post, un nuevo dibujo, una nueva actualización de mi avance como dibujante.
Cada vez que tenia tiempo hacia partes del dibujo, y en total tarde 3 días en terminarlo ;I.
Hay momentos en los que tengo bajones artísticos en los cuales no tengo creatividad para nada y cuando comienzo un dibujo y no me gusta lo dejo a medias, pero aparte de estos bajones hay veces en las que me siento tan inspirada que logro hacer 2 dibujos en un día :O, esta semana fue de muchos bajones artísticos pero la verdad no quise dejar pasar esta semana y quería publicar aunque sea 1 post.
La idea principal de este dibujo fue practicar una nueva técnica para dar luces que había aprendido y quería dibujar algo para poder hacerla, espero sea de su agrado <3.
No tenia nada de inspiración y por eso acudí a mi queridísimo Pinterest el cual me ayudo mucho, lo único que sabia era que quería hacer un dibujo un poco fantasioso para agregarle muchas luces, y luego de estar un tiempo en Pinterest comencé a encontrarme varios dibujos de pociones, la verdad no tome ninguno de guía o de referencia simplemente deje que mi creatividad fluyera.
Como siempre hago en mis dibujos trate de intentar un nuevo estilo y nuevas herramientas, ya que eso me ayuda mucho a salir de mi zona de confort :).
Paso a paso:
(Paso 1)
Comencé haciendo el boceto en tradicional ya que como dibujo en celular el tamaño de la pantalla no me permite moverme libremente, ademas en tradicional puedo ver mejor de cerca y así ver que le falta, como pueden ver en el boceto hice una poción de amor o algo así, estaba muy inspirada pero aunque la idea fuese buena no me convencía.
(Paso 2)
Luego lo pase a digital y comencé a hacer un lineart muy grueso, el corcho que tapaba la botella parecía mas una estrella que un corazón y hay fue donde se me ocurrió hacer una poción de estrellas, la verdad fue muy drástico el cambio pero sentía que iba a quedar mucho mejor si hacia estrellitas.
Así que luego de eso decidí hacer una poción mágica de estrellas, coloque sombras por los bordes de la botella con una estrella gigante fuera de ella.
(Paso 3)
La verdad es que me gustaba mucho como se veía el dibujo sin color pero como quería seguir experimentando decidí agregarle color.
A la estrella gigante le puse una carita sonriente, y pinte la botella de morado aunque este color lo cambié muchas veces xd.
A diferencia de algunos dibujos que he hecho en los cuales me he sentido incomoda haciéndolos ya que no estoy en mi zona de confort, este dibujo me gusto mucho y sinceramente disfrute mucho el proceso del dibujo y aunque siento que sí salí de mi zona y practique un nuevo estilo, no me afecto ni me molesto el haber salido de mi zona de confort esta vez. <3
Como pueden ver le cambie el color al lineart por un azul cielo y también le cambie el color al corcho por un azul intenso y un poco morado, a la estrella grande le puse algunas sombras para que se viera con un poco de volumen y no un simple amarillo plano.
(Paso 4)
Después de haber aplicado los colores base y algunas sombras procedí a colocarle las luces y brillitos.
(Paso 5)
Como últimos detalles le hice un fondo a la botella como estrellado y coloque un cometa <3.
Luego hice el fondo de la ilustración de un color celeste, y obviamente el ultimo detalle mas esperado por mi jaja, poner luces súper lindas.
Resultado final :O
No sé que siento por esta ilustración >_<,por un lado siento que me quedo bien y también me gusto pero por otro lado siento que le faltan muuuchos detalles que le pude haber puesto no losé ¿Ustedes que opinan <3?
Luego de apreciar un rato la ilustración y de escuchar los consejos de mi padre @morenow decidí cambiarle el fondo por uno mucho mas oscuro para que le hiciera justicia a las luces brillantes, y también para que se viera como una galaxia llena de pequeñas estrellas, y así fue como quedo:
Después de haberle cambiado el fondo me di cuenta de lo lindo que quedo mi dibujo y que definitivamente el fondo no le estaba haciendo justicia jajaja, ¿Cual les gusto mas el fondo oscuro lleno de estrellitas o el fondo azul claro?
Siento que el estilo que intente hacer fue chibi o cute, y creo que si se ve cute y eso me encanta!!
Todos los dibujos representan algo importante para mi y cada uno es un avance nuevo, y siento que compartirlo aquí me hace feliz <3 espero también lo disfruten.

Muy lindo el ultimo concepto que compartes y me recuerda a una pocion de un juego, pero no recuerdo cual. Quizas te lo comente luego cuando lo confirme. Quede con la duda de que aplicacion usas. Mi hija trabaja con una de Google, creo se llama paint o algo asi. Buen trabajo.
Muchísimas gracias amigo, me interesa saber que juego es xD, la aplicación que uso es Ibist Paint X la recomiendo mucho ya que tiene variedad de pinceles y hay una opción en la que puedes descargar más, aunque a mí me costo mucho adaptarme pero como dije fue a mí, tal vez a ella no le cueste mucho adaptarse jaja, la app sirve para celular y para pc.

Excelente dibujo! me encantó el paso a paso. Definitivamente yo opto por el fondo negro con estrellas pero porque estoy acostumbrado al modo oscuro. Saludos y espero más post así. Dibujas muy bien.
