Saludos, hivers. Les comparto uno de mis mejores trabajos hasta ahora en el arte digital. Como saben, a mí me gustan mucho los animales y pues en mí hay cierta facilidad para encontrar belleza en ellos, desde mi perspectiva, así como los colores más vivos y hermosos que puedan existir. Me resultan inspiradores. En la naturaleza esto suele significar peligro, por lo que yo me conformo solo con pintar. Aquí les enseño una de las muchas ranas que pintaré en mi vida. Como se puede notar tiene cierta variedad en color fuertes y llamativos. Yo decidí que mi base sería básicamente una mancha o sombra en forma de la rana ya en su posición, confieso que se me complicó el boceto y sus líneas pero aún así disfruté el proceso.
Greetings, hivers. I share with you one of my best works so far in digital art. As you know, I like animals very much and I have a certain facility to find beauty in them, from my perspective, as well as the most vivid and beautiful colors that can exist. I find them inspiring. In nature this usually means danger, so I am content just to paint. Here I show you one of the many frogs I will paint in my life. As you can see it has some variety in strong, bold colors. I decided that my base would be basically a stain or shadow in the shape of the frog already in its position, I confess that I had a hard time with the sketch and its lines but I still enjoyed the process.
Varié un poco los pinceles para poder dar diferentes texturas en la piel de la rana. Cerca de su boca quise dar un efecto de porosidad con el brillo, así como en la piel alrededor de sus ojos. La parte abdominal quería que fuera más mate, sin ser opaco y que diera una sensación de suavidad.
I varied the brushes a bit to give different textures on the frog's skin. Near his mouth I wanted to give a porous effect with the shimmer, as well as on the skin around his eyes. The abdominal part I wanted it to be more matte, without being opaque and to give a soft feeling.
Afinar detalles no fue difícil, pues no hice un fondo con demasiado trabajo para que la rana fuera protagonista de la obra. Usé un pincel grumoso y varias capas de diferentes tonos de verde para hacer el fondo un poco disperso, es decir, vegetación y el tallo del que reposa el anfibio.
Refining details was not difficult, because I did not make a background with too much work so that the frog would be the protagonist of the work. I used a lumpy brush and several layers of different shades of green to make the background a bit sparse, that is, vegetation and the stem on which the amphibian rests.
Fue un proceso divertido y creativo, en el que no existió presión o fecha límite para culminar, así que me alegra haberlo hecho con mucha calma.
It was a fun and creative process, in which there was no pressure or deadline to finish, so I'm glad I did it very calmly.
