Hola mi gente bonita.
Estoy feliz de seguir compartiendo con ustedes eso que amo hacer, y que de alguna manera hace que mis dias sean mejores en esta experiencia llamada VIDA.
Ando aprendiendo un poco más de pintura, aunque soy autodidacta, veo videos de youtube y tutoriales, pero también me dejo llevar y hago que mi intuición haga lo suyo y tambien la espontáneidad.

I am happy to continue sharing with you what I love to do, and that somehow makes my days better in this experience called LIFE.
I'm learning a little more about painting, although I'm self-taught, I watch youtube videos and tutorials, but I also let myself go and let my intuition do its thing and also spontaneity.
Esta vez les traigo un autorretrato en acrílico, sobre hoja, ya que no tengo lienzo, este autorretrato lo saqué de una foto que me hice hace unos meses, sólo le coloqué alguno detalles, cómo el mar, el atardecer y el cielo, y creo que me hice un poco más rellenita, para ser acordes a la realidad actual, jajaja.
He disfrutado realizando esta pintura, pues he ido detallando cosas que no recordaba que tenía, además que he implementado algunas ténicas nuevas cómo los cuadrantes para hacer el rostro y tener una mejor simetría en el cuerpo y el arte final.
De alguna manera este arte refleja la nostalgia que siento por volver a mis playas de la Isla de Margarita , lugar donde tengo mi casa y donde viví por muchos años.
Les cuento entonces cómo lo hice:
This time I bring you a self-portrait in acrylic, on sheet, since I have no canvas, I took this self-portrait from a photo I took a few months ago, I only added some details, such as the sea, the sunset and the sky, and I think I became a little more plump, to be in line with the current reality, hahaha.
I have enjoyed doing this painting, because I have been detailing things that I didn't remember I had, besides I have implemented some new techniques like the quadrants to make the face and have a better symmetry in the body and the final art.
Somehow this art reflects the nostalgia I feel to return to my beaches of Margarita Island, where I have my home and where I lived for many years.
I will tell you how I did it:

PROCESO
Process
Luego de ubicar todos mis materiales entre los que había: Pinturas acrílicas, pinceles, lápiz, regla, paleta, pañito, agua, y una hoja blanca, me dispuse a comenzar el boceto para mi pintura, dividí la hoja en cuatro cuadros iguales y luego en base a esto realicé el contorno del rostro y el cuerpo para que me quedaran lo más simétricos posibles.
After locating all my materials among which there were: acrylic paints, brushes, pencil, ruler, palette, tissue, water, and a white sheet, I began to start the sketch for my painting, I divided the sheet into four equal squares and then based on this I made the outline of the face and body so that they would be as symmetrical as possible.
Luego de tener el dibujo del cuerpo comencé a preparar las pintura, lo primero que hice fué mezclar marrón, anaranjado y blanco para lograr un tono parecido a mi piel y con este pinté parte del rostro y cuerpo, aclarando un poco en algunas zonas del cuerpo.
After having the drawing of the body I began to prepare the paint, the first thing I did was to mix brown, orange and white to achieve a tone similar to my skin and with this I painted part of the face and body, lightening a little in some areas of the body.
Luego con negro , marrón claro y marrón oscuro mezclé para lograr el tono cataño de la parte superior de mi cabello y lo pinté.
Then with black, light brown and dark brown I mixed to achieve the brown tone of the top of my hair and painted it.
Para los tonos del balayage que tenía en el cabello usé amarillo, marrón y anaranjado, dándole reflejos de luz con el blanco en algunas zonas.
For the balayage tones in my hair I used yellow, brown and orange, giving it highlights with white in some areas.
Decídi pintar el mar , un atardecer y el cielo, para el mar mezclé azul petróleo, azul cielo y blanco, para el atardecer coloqué gotas de pintura , negra, azul, blanca, roja , anaranjada y amarilla.
I decided to paint the sea, a sunset and the sky, for the sea I mixed oil blue, sky blue and white, for the sunset I put drops of paint, black, blue, white, red, orange and yellow.
Con un pincel grueso fuí mezclando los colores y difuminando hasta conseguir el esfecto que deseaba, luego al cielo le pinté puntitos blancos para simular estrellas.
With a thick brush I was mixing the colors and blurring until I got the effect I wanted, then I painted the sky with white dots to simulate stars
Lo último que hice fue el rostro, debo admitir que fué lo más difícil, sobre todo la naríz y los labios, y también las sombras para hacer el contorno. Terminé pintanto mi tatuaje de mariposa azul .
The last thing I did was the face, I must admit it was the most difficult, especially the nose and lips, and also the shadows to make the outline. I finished painting my blue butterfly tattoo.
Aquí la foto que tomé como modelo para mi autorretrato, es igual a la pintura pero la corté por obvias razones, primera vez que realizo un autorretrato en pintura acrílica, no estuvo fácil, seguiré practicando, pero me gustó el resultado, siento que tiene mi esencia.
Here is the photo I took as a model for my self-portrait, it is the same as the painting but I cut it for obvious reasons, first time I make a self-portrait in acrylic paint, it was not easy, I will keep practicing, but I liked the result, I feel that it has my essence.
