The Creative Work Hour crew wanted to produce a podcast since year one of our gathering for daily online work sessions. The first obstacle was not knowing where to start, or maybe it was not having the time, or come to think of it we didn't have the man power to see it through to publication episode after episode.
But now, I can see that trying and stepping back again and again was the gestation period. The Creative Work Hour Podcast is now out of diapers and is a healthy young audio programme. It's dependable, sustainable, and is rich in personality. In fact, we defied convention and staff the show with the founder @me, the producer @gregscloud, the resident composer @andysporring and a full roundtable cast of co-hosts.

The extra special thing about today's episode 42 is that we celebrated the work of our own @shadowspub, who has attended CWH more than 1000 days, or basically every 6 of 7 days/week since she and I met 3 years ago.
Over that time, we watched Shadows' love affair with words become amplified with images, then she composed salient quotes to accompany the art, and then she added the comments to deepen the meaning featured word. There's a gorgeous circularity to the words, the images, the meanings, and the refections that exemplifies the humanities...being created as daily bread right here on Hive. This a beautiful thing and we couldn't be prouder of her achievement.
