Being kind to ourselves will make everything easy for us, you know sometimes we are tempted to beat ourselves so hard when things don't seems to go as planned. Truly perfection is not for mortals, it's a beautiful thing to chase after it but it is also wise to put it at the back of our heart that we may not really be perfect, perfect 😊
