Thank you for your kind words, Luchyl. I understand the importance of being mindful of depression.

I have personally experienced depression for a long time and have tried various treatments such as medications, ECT, TMS, and Ketamine Therapy.

Every day, I am working on being kinder to myself and practicing self-forgiveness.

I appreciate your feedback and I'm glad you found my words relatable.
