I guess you are right about the proxies. Further if we considered individual's accounts instead of individual accounts it probably gets really bad again. They deserve eachother in any case.

Yep, there is only a relatively small group that has been quietly jerking in the corner for years. The EIP amplified their noise and drew attention.
I do feel that there is a larger group of people who support the liberty of people to do whaever. I'm wondering if some sort of TOS is required that should have to be agreed to periodically to use the the network. This would remove some pointless debates over who was right or wrong and wnd doubt that people didn't know, espectially if we keep it very short.
