I am happy because I introduced a newbie onto the hive community. And I am quite sure that she will enjoy her stay here.
The first time I told her about hive and she accepted to join, I made a post and talk about her. I don't even know that she will take it seriously. She kept disturbing me about hive. In her own words she will always say " what about that hive you told me about, I really want to join"
Because of on going ASU strick in Nigeria, so many youth are left to wonder about in the streets doing one evil or the other. So, I have taken upon myself to introduce the hive community so that at least the can get busy with hiving and will not have the time to move up and down the streets.

After making her introductory post, I was shocked to see that she started making more post. She has been disturbing me to put her through with somethings that she don't understand. And I am happy doing it because it will keep her busy. And from there she can also make some money to aid her when the strick will be called off. Also hoping to bring in new members.who will show interest.

This is actually given me joy, because I have been able to help someone with what will be of benefit to her and her generation.

Onboarding is one of the most tedious tasks on Hive. After the individual has signed up, you will need to provide constant education, support, and motivation to ensure the person's retention. I appreciate you taking the initiative to promote Hive and recruit new members.
