Ha ha... well it is new to anyone else as I haven't published it elsewhere, and the only person who has seen it, until now, is me. This poem looks nothing like the original I wrote years ago, probably about 30% of it is unchanged. I gave it a major re-write today and found the meaning in the madness ;-)
