If you think you can, then you can but if you think you can’t then you can’t. You become what you think about most.

What you think about you bring about. If you think that you can do, become or achieve something, then that will be your reality. Your mind is a very powerful organ. Whatever you impress upon it will become your reality. iI you think you can then you are right. So mind your thoughts! Your life is a manifestation of the thoughts that go on in your head.

On the other hand, if you think that you can't do, become or achieve your
goals then it will be your reality. You are what you think. “Thoughts
are things.” So be careful what your thoughts are. Your mind can not
differentiate between a positive and a negative thought.

Final Thoughts:

Your thoughts have a profound impact on your life. They determine your
moods, emotions, your self-confidence, your behavior choices, your
health and well-being, your feelings of self-worth and self-esteem.

Your thoughts - negative or positive - have a lasting impact on your life.
