You know what I am not into introducing myself that much in public in one instance..that will be self-killing (not suicide hehe) for us because not all eyes have a positive retina haha! Let them know you with your works..and gradual introduction. Well, whatever you have in your skills like crafts, talents be thankful..what you have done there was beautiful, and as long as you are contented and happy for everything you do, that is what matters, even if you do or draw a single line there, if that is beautiful in your eyes and you got your objective on doing that, then its a success. Hehe sometimes we truly do some "extra-something in our craft for some purpose to conveyed useful messages for...ourselves hehe..aha..for ourselves so who have the right to judge your work negatively. Just be confident and be yourself, stand on your principles, and never allow others to step on your dignity because this is our crowning glory. As much as possible never spend even a minute nor throwing a glance at worthless things, never hurt anyone in any way, offline/online...BUT if others or few will abuse you well. it's a very different story!

Do your best to create an entry that you think is best and aligned with the requirements and guidelines of the contests. I also loved to join contests, even before, not only on photographs..in writing contests too not only here on Hive. In my former platform, I joined a lot of contests there, and by God graces I won some, not only in content creation but with quality comments too. I won my rewards/award because of quality and creativity NOT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN FAVORED by anyone, even if I received extra rewards aside from what I got from the prize, it's because of the quality of my work, especially If the one who gave you an especial reward is known to be fair and have the self-respect to his/her self!!!. Because when I was in focus on everything I do, I am giving my best..especially when I am not restricted/distracted with other matters like time element and career/school/family situations. If ANYONE, say something negative about your winnings? Hahaha..well consider that a great source of BIG LAUGH, (laughter is the best medicine)because nobody knows yourself well than you. And pretty sure the judges who have chosen your craft have their integrity and respect to their selves, and also fair to give their rightful judgment. Ignore those words from people who just talk without even knowing how everything happens. It's their happiness to throw such not-so-good things to other people, and not just minding their business. Just forgive them..and pray for them to get their happiness in their lives, but if too much then, of course, you have the right to defend yourself in a dignified way!.

I try to live by this. There is so much hurt in the world that I do my part however small to try to be as kind as possible, sometimes that involves some careful diplomacy but if nothing else, I know in my heart of hearts I am doing the best I can to make the place a little better.

I have seen a few contests so far, but I think I need to find my confidence first before I join any. I am however reading the entries submitted to them. I enjoyed reading your contest entry about willpower for the #inspiration theme.
