For me, it's immersing myself in nature, feeding my curious mind, helping others, and exploring new places to expand my knowledge makes me happy.
I believe that every day we get to make choices that make a difference in our lives or touch other people's lives.
I'm naturally a very curious person. I love meeting new friends and have no qualms walking up to someone and striking up a conversation with them. I love meeting new people and getting to know them at a deeper level. I just am interested in people's minds and what makes them unique. That's why I enjoy what I do, being able to listen and help others. I'm here to have fun, explore, grow and fuel my passions.
Hello HIVE fam! My name is Anita and I'm a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a passion for herbal medicine and an innate drive to inspire, empower and educate others about holistic wellness. I advocate for greater well-being, longevity and happiness through holistic nutrition, cannabis, movement and mindfulness. I am a Canadian who has been living this beautiful city of DaNang, Vietnam for over a year and a half. The first few months of DaNang had been a great and challenging time for personal growth. After removing toxicity out of my life, I began to heal myself from the inside out. I lived my life with more purpose and integrity. I believe that my past has taught me valuable lessons in life and allowed me to grow into who I am today.
For me, buying a one-way ticket to DaNang was the best thing and life-changing thing I did for myself.
I am fortunate enough to explore new places, try out new food, geek out on plants, learn new languages, build new businesses, and help the community. I'm so keen on to sharing this with you and all the interesting things in my life, my knowledge, and also about my hometown!
Coming to this point in life was quite an adventure, and it was quite and interesting one, to say the least. One of the things that I want to do in the future is to host a retreat where people can come to relax, feel empowered and supported, heal their mind, body, and soul. Hopefully in Hoi An.
I'm so grateful for being invited to share my journey and my stories with you. I can't wait to meet my fellow Hive peeps! I was introduced to the Hive by my friend, @trangbaby and I'm so thankful for her support!
