Hello friends of Hive and members of each of its communities. As you can see in the title of the post it says "I'm back to stay" and later I will put it in context.

I am 21 years old, I was born in Venezuela in the city of Valera, Trujillo State. I currently reside in the department of Popayan and I am part of the induction project of young athletes practicing Street Workout and Calisthenics, which is leading @Manuelramos in the Hive blockchain.

Gracias a todo el aprendizaje y la variedad de deportes que practique, me fui nutriendo del conocimiento de mis entrenadores para poder entender las diferentes metodologias de entrenamiento que hay para cada deporte, persona, condición física y estado de salud.
Since I was a child I have always been active and practiced a variety of sports such as: gymnastics, soccer, baseball. I also practiced classical dance, theater, music and singing
Thanks to all the learning and the variety of sports I practiced, I was nurtured by the knowledge of my coaches to be able to understand the different training methodologies that exist for each sport, person, physical condition and state of health

When I was about 12 to 13 years old I met Parkour and Street Workout-Calisthenics, that was the starting point where I say that my life changed completely. I dedicated most of my time to train, study and nourish myself with the necessary knowledge to get the most out of my workouts, due to health issues I had to stop practicing the sport for a while, but that did not stop me to be able to train at the theoretical and practical level in the SWC
Some Hivers and members of the Street Workout Community know me because previously my account was @angelrvzl I made a mistake, I always kept my keys in the storage of my phone and one day in the city of Bogota Colombia I was assaulted, my belongings were stolen, besides that my phone where I had all my personal information, emails, contacts and keys, so friends is very important to keep safe care of your keys and a backup of all your important personal data

I see this new beginning as a way to start from scratch to refocus again on my personal goals, get back to creating content and sharing the knowledge I've learned about training, nutrition, food, motivation and the power of habits.

Well friends and friends and members of hive, I hope you liked my introductory post, the feeling of happiness is ineffable because after so many obstacles both mental and physical, I return home as the prodigal son, for me it is an honor to return to the Hive family and this year is not over yet great things are coming!
