In the food shop where I live, so difficult to find cinnamon powder. So I have to make it myself if I want to have cinnamon powder stock.
Cinnamon powder is a fragrant spice to complement food and drinks. We can add cinnamon powder to toast, coffee, hot chocolate, and various types of cakes.
So this time I made my own cinnamon powder which still shaped like skin.
I use a blender. It takes patience to change cinnamon bark into cinnamon powder, especially if the blender we have doesn't have a machine that is too powerful.
So I blend cinnamon little by little. Then filter them to get a fine powder.
In my opinion it is quite easy to make a supply of cinnamon powder. Only need to blend cinnamon itself, and then filter it.
After the cinnamon powder has been separated from the rough parts, store it in an airtight container.
Now I have a stock of cinnamon powder for making cakes later.
I drink coffee with cinnamon powder frequently daily and it helps to keep my weight down. 👍
Yeah me too sometimes If I have a stock :)
