Visiting BICYCLE STORE in MANI MANJRA , saw making /assembling of BICYCLE 🚲

Greetings hivers.,
This post will be about my visit to STRYDER (JEET CYCLE STORE) MANI MAJRA

Mani Majra is mainly known for motor work (Car Work shop) . There are approx. More than 300 shops , which does the same thing of denting, painting.
So i had a visit today to Mani Majra is order to fix some minor dents in my friends car as he met with accident yesterday.
So as i was sitting there i was getting bored so i thought of exploring the place. As i was hanging out i saw this place known as STRYDER (Jeet Cycle Store).
People outside the shop were making bicycle🚲.
It was new to me , so i stopped there and sat there with them and tried to known about the procedure how bicycle are made .

Two people were who were making those bicycle i. e assembling the parts.

Following things regarding making i got from them are:-
1-It takes two people 35 minutes to assemble one good cycle like cross, firefox Bad attitude etc.

2-All the parts are of good quality and they do have TATA's authorized dealer.
3-Normally they both assemble more than 20 bicycle in a day.
4-They have been doing same work now for more than 5 years together.
As i was asking them more about them and their work, their boss came and didn't allow me to talk to them and let them do their work.
They both do different work simultaneously so that they can do work as fast as they can.

One was getting the body of bicycle ready.

Another person was making the tyre ready with all the things.

One other person was fixing it and filling air inside tyres.

All the instruments required to fix and assemble the bicycle were placed at one place.
I couldn't see the whole making but it was worth experiencing new thing to have some knowledge about the things which would anyway or somehow can come to work in future.

After all the assembling work is done, they are shifted to store .
The prize of bicycle were normal as specificed by the person to me.
