RE: A lucid glimpse into the future

in OCD5 years ago

I came to ask for help as I cannot post (suddenly), but saw your article about lucid dreaming and I was hooked.

I spent 18 years writing a book (13 books long at this time) and as I spent most of my waking hours writing, it helped open me to experiencing lucid dreams.

In some I would see the characters, even the interior of their shaceship-world, without them sensing me, and in others, I would interact with them. The feel of being touched carried over into my awake life!!! Then there were those where I shared an adventure of theirs...and would write it into the book the next day.

I loved my lucid dreams....but for some reason they stopped and have never happened again (last 4years). I miss them as I grew to love my characters and it was like a miracle being with them.

I've never had one about this world, but I did take some lessons (donkeys years ago in London) and Iearnt to see things of other places or times. I was even able to heal myself (once). Information I gathered about people I have never met who live in other countries was verified as being true, so it was an exciting time to live through.

What I am saying is that I know that life is NOT only what we directly experience while awake and maybe you did share this time with the future in a lucid dream (know it was some kind of dream you were having because it is not possible to read while dreaming, wrong side of our brain is in control). It sounds like the open/close eye was the way you split the present and future life you were spying on.

I don't want to spoil this comment with my request for advice, so I'll leave it for the time being :)
