Sleep debt is a hard thing to recoup. Cat naps can help, little ten minute micro naps. Set alarms though, you don't want ten minute break to turn into a ten hour where is everyone when you wake up in a dark office nap.

I have lived on naps for the last few years. I wish I could ensure at least one a day :)
