Over the years African countries have been struggling to fit into the tech world, some countries don't even allow crypto transactions tagging it as a scam therefore discouraging people from it.
That is why we have decided to come up with some form of education and also seek empowerment support from this tech and crypto brand to help the African government understand that the future is web3 and also show them that it can also do a whole lot of good.
We understand the claims of scams and more but to be honest, people get scammed off the net, meaning even without crypto scams taking place, we want to make the African government understand that crypto brands such as Hive can empower youths around Africa, support projects, educates the children and also give them a source of income to ease the government stress.
We know already that most countries inside Africa, provide almost everything for themselves such as electricity, water, and more, we have come to help reduce this stress, and not only that, we also believe that with hive we can bring multiple African countries together using activities like sports, music and other kinds of events.
In one of our post we talked about partnering with @hivecreators to host the Hive Creators Award and also we can have the hive fest in various African countries where hivers can come together and celebrate the little wins.
Project Africa is about bringing out the beauty of Africa, as we work on our next post tagged THE AFRICA WE WANT, we will be making posts about the project Africa and how we will be kickstarting this initiative.
Currently, we are working on getting in touch with the @hive.ghana team and also @hive-naija alongside other African hive communities to see how we can make this a success.
