One of my favorite beef dishes is the beef calderita. Why would I want to like it? Because I can taste the mixed vegetables that penetrate into the beef meat and most of all it tastes different because it is mixed with pineapple. Pineapple carries a different flavor to it. Its sauce is also delicious to mix with rice. When our dish is like this, I eat more extra rice. It could be a cheat day.
