I visited my sister earlier tbis morning to find her cooming the internal organ of the goat. He invited me for lunch and I arrived while the foods were still in the process.
This is made up of internal.organ of the goat with ginger, onion, garlic, black pepper, salt, bell pepper and hot pepper.
She meticulously cleaned it by bringing it to boiled with salt and venigar. Dried it up.and sliced into small cuts. Washed it again and again with hot water repeatedly.
She kept on stirring it in the pan and cover until tender. It tooks 20 minutes of waiting. She adds sliced bell pepper and hot pepper while storring occasionally.
Wow! It was so yummy and different from the taste of other people cooking procedure.It has no bad odor. My friend cooked this kind before and he never do what my sister did.
We had a happy lunch together with all our family members. Today became our cheat day again. I ate a lot and not only me. All the members of the family had a good appetite. Time together with my family is the best.

Mouth-watering recipe. This is Ilocano food, my Dad always cooks this when he was still alive. It's so delicious. I miss him and his Ilocano recipes. He is a very good cook.
