Crypto Fishing-Teaching unbanked passive income

in OCD4 years ago

Charity and cryptocurrency.

How can this new asset class bring equality to the unbanked and the World?

Is time running out for the poor countries to get a piece of this asset class? Now that institutions and the " big Money" in the World has their eyes opened to the possibility of crypto ? Maybe not totally, I love the wisdom down below and I am on a "micro scale" trying to change the fates of my family and also pay back a little. Here is a story and a beginning of a experiment in bringing both generational wealth and passive income to my family in Africa by the help of Publish0x and crypto faucets.

I recently gave my big brother my Coinbase Earn link.

I told him to sign up for Coinbase and try it out.

My big brother lives in Malawi, one of the Worlds most beautiful and poorest countries. With the nicest people, not govemnet, as in so many cases, but people.

So directly when he got Coinbase he got 2000 kwacha, basically $3. Nothing in the western World, but can be allot there. He is on the waitlist to be added for further Coinbase Earn.

I been extremly fortunate to grow up in Europé, to get a college education and to travel. I seen poverty and riches. Misery, and abundance. I do beleive in my core that cryptocurrency and bitcoin can level the field and change the World. There is a huge " turning" coming and a shift of global wealth. The pandemic has escelated this.

This is the time for poor countries to get in on innovation, unfortunalety, they are trapped in a cycle of “catch up”. Unless they do as Venezuela and join the cryptocurrency race. Although Venezuela might be doing it wrong instead of doing bitcoin they are trying to control it by issuing their own.

So back to my brother, I got him the to get some Earn crypto and join the race. I hope he holds on to the bitcoin or any currency he gets. My goal is to introduce my village through my brother to the possibilities of DeFi and crypto, and being self reliant instead of the corrupt bad goverments in Africa.

So far he is up 2000 Malawi kwacha. Peanuts for some but can be massive in future in Bitcoin. Will continue to update on my crypto Charity project.

I agree with you man.

I saw blockchain and crypto as a way to get in early, create a stake, and profit from the inflation that comes with mass adoption. Along the way I discovered steem and then hive. This opened my eyes to some of the possibilities.

Then, I found myself suddenly able to donate instantly and directly to a person or cause anywhere in the world. So awesome.

You should tag those posts with #Leo-finance as the rewards are apparently nice and the financial community here is great.

Awsome man and thanks for the tip...
