Puri Halwa at Home
The first time i made puri halwa at home it was very difficult for me to make this , but due to corona virus we are avoiding fast food and market food ,because any kind of food from bazar could be contaminated with virus, working hard is the achievement of life ,if you are enough expert in cooking you can make traditional food at home,
ordering food from outside home could be risky and unhygienic , so try to make food at home. The taste was so delicious and amazing to eat , whole family love to eat home made instead of outside food, its safest way to enjoy life during quarantine.
Preparation of Chana Chickpea
CHana of poori halwa required no special attention you can put all spices inside boiling chickpea and anchor , garam masala, blackpepper , soda , red chilli , chilli flakes , and put very less oil keep them boiling with all spices and at some potato pieces and kalonji ,kalonji will enhance the taste and also boost the immunity.
Halwa and Achar onion
I added some food color to halwa so it will look like very professional and i made it in desi ghee so it enhance the flavour and smell so great , for salad made by onion add some achar and achar oil into onion and let them look very professional and tasty.
Puri and presentation
Poori is made of aata white flour and plain flour both make it easy to digest and soft , to make dough i add some white flour+ plain flour and add some sugar and salt , some oil to dough and mix it very well and after some time put some soda into it and let it spread the dough for at least 10 minutes then add some oil to krahi and and put it into karahi dip it fast and put it out fast no need to leave it , do it very fast so that it will make soft puri.
The final presentation is so gorgeous and very tasty to eat, if you come to my country you will be my guest stay at my home and i will give you room space and free food.
