I have lemon available right now so I just used it for a marinade. The thing about tempeh is that you can have a love hate relationship with it. I hated it then I loved it. Then I worked in a factory making it. I hated it again. Then I stopped working there. I loved it again. I am on a love streak. It can absorb any flavor you want. Hope you try it.

Went grocery shopping, but could not find tempeh this time... maybe next time. 😌

It depends on where you are but here in Canada you can't find it everywhere. I just know where to go.
