Just spending few minutes with nature has a way of calming and soothing the nerves. When I'm sad, angry or excited, I just go out to enjoy nature's beauty and gain composure. It always works. The benefits are just too numerous and I love it.

Me too. I walk my dog every day and it helps me a lot :)
