Engage with the community, make friends, and then bring all your real-life friends here as well :) One of the amazing benefits of Hive is that friends can financially support each other across borders during hard times when they have lost their regular income. Many people are in the same situation as you at the moment.
There are a million ways how you can earn rewards here - I have personally lost track :D - so it's worth diving in, especially when you have a lot of time during unemployment. And maybe soon you will be teaching your local community how to get on Hive, too! Good luck!
