If I join communities, do I have to pay with my Hive power, also, I publish my first article yesterday.. Can I publish another today ?

You can post if you have the resources credits to post. It is okay if you post one or two articles per day. But do not post more than one article a day in the same community. And you don't have to pay anything to subscribe and post in a community as far as I know, at least in those that I use to post.
