Greetings to everyone on this loving and amazing platform, it's a previllege to be here to give my little quota to make blockchain stronger and better through my ideas. Revealing my identity to the hive blockchain and my journey to this wonderful blockchain is the focus of this post. Just stay calm as tell you more about myself, career, social and religious life as well as my expectations for and from this platform. Greetings once again, it's your newbie @creativehive on the hive blockchain.
Revealing My Personal Identity
My name is Wisdom Buying an indigene of Oron Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Oron has boundary with Cameron on the Atlantic Ocean, which portrays that the Oron people has embraced civilization before the Trans-Atlantic and Atlantic slave trade. Oron is one of the 31 Local Government Areas that makes up Akwa Ibom State.
I'm the third child out of five children of Mr and Mrs Edet Nyong. My parents are typically business inclined due to the presence of the Atlantic Ocean and they specialize in fish catching and fish sales. During my days as a child, I was always in the company of my parents on the sea catching fishes in the ocean.
My Childhood and Teenage Experience
Childhood to me was fun and I loved playing football and swimming. I learnt swimming during my expeditions to the high sea with my parents as I have said earlier.
I was also in constantly taken to the church for church activities, which implies that my parents are Christians.
Growing from childhood into a teen, brought another phase of my life. My parents were always afraid of me being overwhelmed by peer pressure, so they constantly caged me from making so many friends apart from those from the church.
This affected some aspects of my social life, but as a High schooler I knew how to maneuver my way. I will say that my teenage life was very exciting and enjoyable.
Truth be told, I had several girlfriends as a teenager, but the happenings around will be a discussion for another day. Lol 😂😂😆😆😆, please don't ask me why.
My Adulthood and Career
This section will be divided into two phases: my life as an adult and my career.
- My life as an adult
Let truth be told, I never knew that adulthood is not too palatable because of the constant attributions of responsibilities mix with payment of bills. Eating mommy and daddies food was fun to us as kids but we never knew that it took a lot of hardwork to bring food to the family's table. I want to use this medium to thank my parents and all the parents working very hard to put food on the table for their families, may the good Lord open more doors for you all. Amen.
- Career Wise
There was a little delay in getting admission into college, so I decided to learn a vocational training in interior decorations and installation.
My Life as an Interior Technician
My career in interior decorations and installation have given the opportunity to travel from one state to another across Nigeria, although, I'm believing that one day will move beyond the shores of Nigeria to practice my career.
What do I do as technician?
My major work install and uninstall office as well as household furnitures. This actually is very demanding and technical. This is because you just present your catalogue to your client who might accept or offer a separate innovative idea about the installations. As a professional, my work is to navigate through and still give the best to the client. Remember that customers are always right in every business transactions, so you have to be ready to take the blame even when you're right.
My Life as a Keyboardist
Music is what I love so much and playing the keyboard gives me joy and goodness as well as makes me feel fulfilled.
I actually started playing the keyboard at the age of 16 and have played it for about 14 years now. It should tell you how professional one could be in this few years of experience in the musical field. Although, it's not a source of income, I just do it for the fun and as a means of worship and service to God almighty.
My Educational Life
I'm actually a graduate of political science from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
My plan for this is actually to get into the corridors of power in my country and I know that someday it'll be actualized.
My Social Life
I'm a man that likes fun and enjoyment, so create time for picnics and parties with friends and my lovely dearest wife.
Social life of every man is very important. It's usually said that all works and no play makes Jack a full boy.
My Hive Goal and What I can Offer the Hive Blockchain
Within the last few days since I onboarded the blockchain, I've been reading a lot about the blockchain most especially the rules about the blockchain. I forgot to thank @inspiredbyhive his efforts to onboard me into this wonderful blockchain. He has told me a lot about the blockchain.
My all time high goal is to raised my HP to about 1000 in the next three months through creating original contents. Although this is dependent on the support I get from the blockchain. My second goal is to quickly have some mentors that'll help me settle well in very communities. I'll achieve this through constant reading of their post and asking several questions that are relevant.
What I intend to bring to the hive blockchain is my wealth of experience in my field and life. Hive has a lot of opportunities and that cannot be exhausted by anyone around.
I'll finally say that, we are one as humans and need to live together as one.
I'll also want to thank @lovesniper @chillwithshanna for encouraging me to write my introduction post. Thanks for the advice, meet you at the top.
My felicitations goes to my Ukrainian brothers and sisters who have lost one loved one or the other, I pray that peace be restored in no time. Amen.
