Second crochet craft. Beautiful flowers made by crochet crafting technique.

in OCD2 years ago (edited)

Another day another beautiful crochet craft. So today I made another bunch of beautiful and colorful flowers using yarns. As it is my hobby so I do crochet crafting like everyday. I made four colorful flowers using different yarns. Now I will share with you all step by step.
The very first step is to make the base of the flower. In order to do it first of all make a slip knot to make a chain like structure.
For small flower = 31 chains
medium flower = 61 chains
and large flower = 91 chains.
Here we have used 61 chains as you can see in the picture below.

In the second step, first do a double crochet and then 3 chains and again double crochet in the very first chain. After that skip 2 chains, and then repeat the same pattern. Here is the exact pattern : ( dc , ch3 , dc ) then skip 2 chain and again repeat the same till the end. V-shape pattern is formed inside a snake like shape as you can see in the picture below.

In the third step, make 3 chains then in the V-shape do 8 dc and after that in the gap between do a single crochet. Here is the exact pattern : 8dc( in V-shape ) then sc and repeat the same pattern till reaching the last two V-shape.
And in the last two V-shape instead of 8dc we will do 10dc. A spiral kind of shape is formed at the end of third step as you can see in the picture below.

In the very last step we will shape it in circles and it will take the form of a flower. To ensure it does not get expanded again we will stitch it from base.

I used three colours and each one of the flowers are made using the same pattern. Here are the final end results.

Some more pictures from different angles.

Hope you guys liked my work. At the moment I am working on few more stuff as they are finished I will try to share it with you all. I would love to get your feedback. Feel free to give your feedback in the comments below. Make sure to come check again to see more crochet crafts like this. For now have a good day.

Good morning @crochet-crafts. I see you're new on Hive, so let me drop you a few suggestions to help you navigate better on our platform.

We have different communities on Hive and we're encouraging users to post in the right community based on the topic of the post. This post for example would fit better in NeedleWorkMonday community.

OCD is for topics that don't fit in any other community and should be used when you don't find a niche community for your post.

Here's a guide I put together to help you learn about how communities work and why you should use them -> Communities Explained - Newbie Guide.

Once you posted your post in the right community, you can then cross post it to OCD community. Here's a guide about cross posting.

Please don't delete any post with the purpose of reposting it in another community as that can be considered abuse! Leave this post here, you'll get it right next time.

Thanks I really needed this information. I will make sure whenever I post next time it will be in the right community. Thank you very much for helping me out.

You're welcome. Good luck and another thing, make sure you reply to comments left to you as it's the least you can do for those who spent time reading your post and leaving a comment. Also engaging with other users won't hurt either. Hive is a social platform.
