My family has lived in the same house now for well over 15 years and in that time I have fixed and repainted many if not all the rooms. My two daughters are now grown up and both in college although they still live at home so they don’t have to pay for dorm rooms.
With that being said and the fact that I am a Laird of Glencoe, Lochaber and Dunans Castle I find it very fitting to have some sort of respect displayed in my own home.
When I tried to convince my wife to let me spruce up our bathroom however I was immediately told NO. I don’t see anything wrong with the picture and find it quit nice and respectful.
Who else has a spouse that will not let you hang pictures you like in your own home?

Maybe she do not like the skeleton. It is totally/absolutely understandable. At least from my side/part. I would not hang any skeleton related picture in any room of a house.
