Of course my pleasure.
The tags you provided are fine, each of them actually. You also tagged account holders by name, there's a difference.
For example, to get ocd's attention you would mention them @ocd rather than tag them #ocd.
We tag communities, interests, topics, etc not people. Does that make sense?
Also take what I say as well as what everyone else says with a grain of salt. I do things like this because I've learned what works for me.
