Welcome back to the part two of my findings and discovery of contemporary questions and solutions on how to remedy and maintain proper visual health standard while we use our mobile smartphones on a daily basis. I'll like to make my write up as simple as possible for our mutual understanding.

It came to my findings that Blurred vision as invariably become the order the day, more of which is attributed to the frequent or excessive light radiation of our mobile screen devices, incident on our naked eyes.
It will be beneficial to note that our eye cells do neither shed off nor replaces themselves. The more reason they age as we grow older. It's no news that our body is subjected to undergo a gradual change in accordance to the law of nature. Hence, the more reason we need to be self conscious to protect our eyes as early as possible to avoid regrets later as we grow older.
Kindly follow up as we explore through these few sensitive questions and solutions below to keep us on track as they cut across various spheres of our visual health.
