My Introduction To Hive Blockchain

Hello Hive community,
Its a great privilege to be part of this community.

Writing about oneself might seems so easy but until you try to pen it down then you realize how challenging it was. I was like 'how will I even start penning down about myself?" but my mentor gave me some clues which made it easier for me.

About Me:
My name is oluwadamilola Adewumi. The grand meaning of oluwadamilola (God has blessed me with wealth) I am from Ondo state south west part of Nigeria, I'm a Christian, the first child and first daughter of my parents. I graduated from Usmanu Danfodoyi University sokoto state.

I was brought up in the Northern part of Nigeria; Sokoto State precisely. Despite that, I can speak two good languages - Yoruba and Hausa. I am looking forward to learn Igbo language as well.

Educational Background:
Right from my childhood,, I have been aspiring to be a Nurse but due to some certain reasons beyond my control, I was given a Zoology as a course to study by the school I applied for. Initially, I wasn't pleased with the course but with time, I fell in love with the course and embraced every bit of it.

I am a lover of animals. I rear dogs, chickens and pigeons. I would like to specialize on aqua culture "fish" precisely.
I learnt a lots during my industrial training (I.T.) and field trip; ranging from farming to veterinary clinic. In the farm, I was taught on how to make a yogurt - where milk will be extracted from the (bovine) cow the milk will be filtered and heated for 5 to 6 hours then you add your ingredients and other things.

Veterinary clinic was same as normal clinic where we take animals to for treatments - different breeds and species are been brought to diagnose before recommendation. What caught my attention most was when a particular ovine(sheep) found it difficult in giving birth. "Dystocia" manual extraction was applied to helped the sheep in delivery and it was successful.

Field trip accomplished with my friends and we were impacted.

Skills and Hobbies
There are a couple of things I live doing but as life has it, I have to focus on just few and one of them is related to sewing. So, I'm a fashion designer I specialize on only female dresses. More so, I'm a copy writer. Back them when I was in school, I used to write articles and projects for people and get paid a token. I believe I can harness my skills, build myself and get better in this platform.

I used to be an introvert back then when I was younger. But now I'm older, I am sociable. I love meeting new people that can influence me in a positive way. I am also a jovial person. Dressing decently is part of me.

I am a good singer. I prefer christian songs to circular music. I am also a good teacher. Mentoring teenagers is my passion.

In conclusion, my blog content Will be about fashion design, animals, write ups that will be helpful e.g. marriage, relationship, motivational quotes, well being, and life.

I would like to give a big thanks to a friend, coach and a brother, @maxwellmarcusart who introduced me to hive. He is a such a nice soul and I'm so honored to be part of this great community.
