The photos were taken in the Jama Masjid in Fatehpur Sikri, which is located approx. 40 kilometers outside Agra in India. This city built by Emperor Akbar between 1571 and 1585 in honour of Salim Chishti. It's a fine example of a fortress town with an impressive blend of Islamic and Hindu architecture. This city was Akbar' capital for 14 years.
