Ingredients for Fried Rice:
- 2 cups of polao rice, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
- 3/4 clove garlic powder, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, 1 cup vegetables (carrots, peas, barbati, capsicum as you like), oil as needed, 2 eggs.
Ingredients for chicken frying:

Method:

For Chicken Fry:
First mix eggs and milk well in a bowl. Mix well with a little salt, ginger paste, onion paste and soak the chicken pieces in it for 10-15 minutes. In another bowl, take the flour and mix it well with all the powdered spices. Add a little salt to it.
Mix very well. Then remove the chicken pieces one by one from the egg mixture and coat well with the flour mixture. Then dip the remaining eggs in the mixture and roll the cornflakes or bread powder on top and coat well. Heat oil for deep frying in a large pan and place on reddish fried kitchen paper. This will remove excess oil. Carefully fry over low to medium heat.
