Out of bored and lack of ideas what to do with my time, i decided to visit the kitcen and fix something up for myself. Gosh this pandemic and the situation with the lockdown is really getting me annoyed. Effing tired man. Lol.

This is an African delicacy sha. It's callled Ogi. Mixed with milk and eaten with beans cake. The taste is out of the world althougj you might question the huge reliance on protein. Hmmmm.. Ogi is made from corn/maize. You ground and soak it for some days before drying afterwards. Anyhoo! I will write on how to extract this in the coming days.
Meantime, my stomache needs food.
