I remember those days when I used to carry you to school, I remember those days I will fight with your brother because he made you cry.
I remember those days I would protect you and make sure no one hurt you. I remember those days you wouldn't let anyone take you to school except me and won't eat except I am back from school.
You are indeed a strong man to have come this far, indeed God loves you and has a greater plan for you, he has you in mind and that's why he kept you alive till this day despite the challenges, sickness, tears, and pains you went through at your tender age.
It's really is a privilege to be called your big sister even though you've grown into a handsome young man, and I don't take the privilege for granted.
Although, you are troublesome, but you are one of the reasons I became responsible after the death of our father. I couldn't stand to see the tears in your eyes and the pains of missing the absence of a father figure in your life at that tender age.
Today is the beginning of another phase and the beginning of a new year, and greater heights ahead.
Birthday comes once a year and today starts the beginning of another year for you my dearest brother, it's not just a day for me to celebrate your new age, but it's a day for me to thank God for bringing you this far.
You shall be like the tree planted by the rivers of water and shall all the days of your life be watered by the Lord. Your well shall never run dry, it shall continue to flow all the days of your life.
You won't cease to smile and you shall attain more than you ever dreamed of. You won't stop where your parents stopped. All the days of your life, God will protect and preserve you. He shall guide your footsteps and direct your paths and thoughts. His countenance shall shine upon you and you shall glorify the name of the Lord in all that you do.
As you start a new day, I pray that you start a new chapter of your life with happiness, favour, blessing, breakthrough, healing, and more smiles.
You shall soar high and you shall be above your equals. You shall make your mother proud. Never give up no matter the challenges in life because God has got your back.
