Mostly people today gets affected by this disorder called as "Obesity Disorder". It is one of the major problems in current time.
The prevalence of obesity in India varies due to age, gender, geographical environment, socio-economic status, etc. According to ICMR-INDIAB study 2015, prevalence rate of obesity and central obesity are varies from 11.8% to 31.3% and 16.9%-36.3% respectively. Source
Most of the people all around world adopt various measures for regaining their best shape by reduce their weight. In those methods some works fine and some don't. Although, as we know that obesity is increasing continuosly and the major reason behind this is our poor lifestyle and bad eating habits. Obesity does not only spoils your looks, but also it is main St reason behind lacking of confidense, this occurs due to over obesity, this may cause many problems in our body. For reducing obesity and loosing excess weight and gaining a good shape, one must go for balanced diet and lifestyle. Eating Basil seeds are very beneficial for everyone's health which helping our body in curing the acidity problem, increased sugar level, heartburn, also the body heat. It contains so many essential carbohydrates, fats and proteins. These are found inside Basil seeds. The best thing about this is that it is beneficial for weight-loss because it is low in calories.

Basil Seeds Helpful in Weight Loss:
As we know previously they are very low in calories and we can use them in reducing your appetite. Hence, they can help in loosing weight. When we eat basil seeds it gives alus a false feeling like your stomach is almost full for longer duration. This will make us weak. These seeds have reduce my cravings to eat food after short intervals. I must advice that you must include them in the diet for loosing excessive weight.
Effective method to consume Basil Seeds:
Basil seeds are very hard, so getting all the necessary benefits out of it isn't very easy. One of the best and most effective way is to soak them for a while in water and then use them in food. Daily Consuming water-soaked Basil Seeds can be really helpful in loosing-weight. When you soaked your basil seeds in water for sometime, then this will increase their size a little more. Due to this their fiber content also arises and also they will start releasing many important digestive enzymes. To consuming these seeds at its Best, you need to soak two spoons of them in a cup of hot water for 12 to 15 minutes. After this, now your water is ready to drink and you can drink it throughoutt the day by mixing a spoons of basil seeds in it, you can add them in a 1.5-2 liters of water. With this technique, you will be able to loose you weight efficiency and effectively. this method will help you to loose your weight easily by natural methods.
