Many people in different situations give different response to their situations for example public speaking , yea , you probably already are anxious bout it which is quite a normal thing for many people including myself sometimes though.

Even the so called shyness or introvert this are labels that the society place on certain individuals and those individuals unconsciously accepted it as their personality. What if there's a way you can overcome anxiety and shyness and other things you might be facing that is leading to your low self esteem .

Meditation is literally the way for you . Now allow me to futher explain to you what meditation really is.

" When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and we're kinder to ourselves. "

Really you don't have to take a really big time out of your day meditate all you need is to stay consistent with the time range you pick for yourself. Now you can and should start with 5mins at least then when you get used to it you can increase the time range.

In meditation we focus on Our breathing technique we focus as we take a deep breath in and as we breath out as we do this we take in account our present or acknowledge our presence. This is part of the process that helps us to build our focus and muscle of attention and mindfulness.

Hi @foxlead. What you're sharing here with the community can be useful for many, if the post could reach those interested in the topic. This is why I suggest you use the Meditation community next time as OCD is for topics that don't fit in any other community and should be used when you don't find a niche community for your post.

We have different communities on Hive and we're encouraging users to post in the right community based on the topic of the post.

Here's a guide I put together to help you learn about how communities work and why you should use them -> Communities Explained - Newbie Guide.

Once you posted your post in the right community, you can then cross post it to OCD community. Here's a guide about cross posting.

Please don't delete any post with the purpose of reposting it in another community as that can be considered abuse! Leave this post here, you'll get it right next time.

Also make sure you source every image that is not yours, to avoid being accused of plagiarism.
