Hello Hivers! I'm humbled, opportuned and privilege to be a user in this great platform. I'll like to begin my introduction by appreciating God and everything nature offers to me. From my opinion, hive will play a vital role in the 21st century and will bring great impact to people of this generation. It's a place one can build on and end up making exploit. So for me the plan is to put in more work in bringing quality, moderate and hive standard contents to the table for everyone. I sincerely wish I was part of this earlier before now, but there is always a first time for everything and I'm liking it here already. I've heard and also had a run down of rules and guides of the platform and it boils down to quality and original content, posting in the right community and all that, which improves the experience I'm getting here. In adherence to this rules, I've applied the guides from this introductory post.
Self introduction and Specialty
I wanna use this preveledge to introduce myself officially as Jackson by name, a Surveyor and content creator. I am a peaceful, respectful, caring, descent, moderate, ambitious and loving gentle man. I am 33 years of age, a family man with two kids (Gift & Raphael) and a beautiful heart, my wife Patricia.
I'm a citizen of Nigeria in Africa, I had my Bachelor's degree six (6) years ago in Quantity Survey, after which I acquired more experiences on surveying profession till I was certified a Surveyor. During my period of working and gathering experiences, some major projects had been delivered successfully, while others are still ongoing. Apart from the fact that I spend hours in front of my laptop everyday running statistics of different quantities to be used on the site of work, I like and appreciate every chance I have to work as a professional in my field.
I get liberated with new ways and ideas when I'm meditating and during my quiet time(prayers). I'm a Christian and lover of the gospel. As far as I respect everyone's religious opinion,I belief in God Almighty and the word of God is my source of motivation, inspiration and also a guide for my daily living.
My lovely wife and kids are no exceptions when it comes to positive energy, support and happy family experiences.
As a Nigerian, I'm a concerned citizen and I offer my best in any given opportunity. I'm in support of any development that will improve the well-being of citizens.
I love visiting the park were I can watch the children play and catch fun, while taking photos with the kids. I dislike snake, spider, and mostly I keep creeping creatures at bare. But very much in love with animals in museum like gorilla, monkey🐒, giraffe, lion, elephant🐘 and aquatic beings like fish(especially dolphins),duck, crocodile and all that. But my love for birds is undeniable really. I listen to music generally especially gospel.
My favourite artist are; Don Moen and Nathaniel Bassey
Joining Hive and what to expect from me:
At first I was anxious to to create and own an account on the platform because the features was fascinating, but I had difficulties trying to open hive account through Gmail so I opted for ecency because my friend @godswilla said hive and ecency were similar thing. I appreciate anything software and as such I love the working operation of this platform generally.
My goal on hive is to give my best and inspire people through my content. As a surveyor I'll be feeding you with lovely photos from my site of work and I'll be sharing my diverse skills and experiences. I'll also be sharing tips on how you can use certain software programs and how they operate.
Any community without rules, regulations and policies is bound to fail. In this regard I pledge to trade this great platform with caution because I'm here for a long term.
My Hobbies:
Shopping: I visit restaurant, mall and store for dresses, fruits, snacks, juice, cookies, chips, fries,nuts(coconut, groundnut, peanut 🥜), soya bean, pancake 🥞, cheese, cookies, beverages, etc.
Picnic: picnicking at high rate like never before. My colleagues at work got me really addicted to it by the way.
Eating: I eat as much as I can anytime I'm chanced because I rush eating because of one thing or the other.i enjoy fisherman soup, jellof rice🍚, fried rice, okra soup and any meal prepared by Wifey is always exceptionally delicious.
Watching TV: I love sport related programs, drama, selected movies and TV series program.
Reading: as a scholar, I've been friendly with the library, borrowing books or reading in there and it's really been helpful.
Exercising: body stretching and walking is enough exercise for me.
Baby Sitting: I love doing the daddy duties alot, I'm used to it already. I devote my time helping my wife look after the kids, develop an atmosphere of fun for the them and do things that fascinate them. Photos, play balloon, watch cartoon, give them toys and all that..
Picnic: greater percentage of my time, I'm always obsessed with work and family and I can't go on vacation too, the only means I get my leisure is picnicking. Though sometimes still with family, but this time it's outside and fun am the way.
I love Bush meet during picnic, smoked one is my preferred choice.
Partying:I spare time to attend ceremonies like; wedding, birthday, book launch, seminars and more.
My introduction might not be the best but I tell you what, my best is yet to come in this platform and I'm interested in making good friend here.
